At Crankshooter, we stand behind the quality of our lacrosse gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated returns warehouse in South Carolina.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
